Black Friday is finally here, which means a lot of emails are being sent out. There are delays/queues in the mail clients (e.g., Outlook and Gmail), which means it may take some time before your mail arrives. However, we want to be clear that all your emails are being sent out from Rule, but the time they are delivered depends on the delay in the email client. If you want to reach your customers directly, we recommend using the SMS channel.
